We are a group of local authorities in the East of England working together to procure, apply, and enable the use of educational information, security technologies, and other services to benefit learners.
We are a not-for-profit organisation with no shareholders and pay no dividends.

E2BN’s DfE-approved framework, EverythingICT, makes buying ICT equipment, infrastructure, connectivity and services quick and easy. EICT has over 200 pre-approved and trusted technology suppliers.
Charities
E2BN is delighted to support the Digital Poverty Alliance. As an independent charity, the DPA aims to tackle digital poverty by creating sustainable social change. E2BN is delighted to support the DPA’s Tech4YoungCarers project.
